My artwork is based on everyday images and objects which surround us. I want to bring the viewers attention to the beauty in the everyday object by changing the way we see them. The way the artwork is realised is unimportant to me as long as the method I employ portrays the idea.
I work from my studio at home in Wolverhampton, using found objects, wood and anything else that comes to hand to create my artwork. I have also built a small gallery in my back garden, with the help of my husband, which is available to view by appointment.

The gallery is totally recycled with reclaimed materials and found items that my neighbours have left out for passers by to take. I have recently acquired a lobster pot, a fireplace, which is now a drinks cabinet and a chandelier, all adding to the eclectic feel of the gallery. The gallery also houses an enamel bath complete with a fully working watering can shower.
